Swedish massage is a gentle form of massage that aims to soothe sore muscles and provide relaxation. Swedish massage uses long connective strokes with both light and firm pressure to increase circulation, easing tension and flushing out lactic acid (soreness) from muscles. If you want to relax, decompress, and get relief from muscle tension, Swedish is perfect for you.
A deep tissue massage provides relief from chronic muscle tension and pain, involving more pressure than a Swedish massage. Deep tissue massage is perfect for athletes or people suffering from chronic pain conditions that are muscular in origin. Deep tissue massage provides pain relief while also helping you unwind and relax. If you want to find relief from chronic pain, sports injuries, and general aches, a massage incorporating deeper pressure might be for you.
Sports massage is designed for people who are involved in physical activity. You do not have to be a professional athlete to have one. It is also used by people who are active and work out often. The focus is not on relaxation but on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.
- Post Activity: designed to flush out soreness, increase both blood flow and oxygen to your muscle groups that are used during your activity.
- Pre-activity: light stretching and focused on warming up and loosening muscles and joints.
Synergy stones are smooth heated stones and are used to warm up your muscles, tendons and ligaments for true healing therapy. Rather than being placed and left on the body, the stones are held while giving the massage. Great for spot treatments on the neck, shoulders, low back, legs, or any areas of pain and discomfort.
Cupping uses silicone cups to pull up on the muscles allowing more room for the underlying layers. A treatment that loosens tight areas and detoxifies while feeling great! Cupping is complimentary and can be included in your therapy at any time or be used as a stand alone treatment.
Levels 3, 4 and 5 CBD Clinic topicals can be used to enhance relaxation and relief pain. These are a great add-on to any massage to help ease stress, tension, and sore muscles.

I just want to say Aimee is really amazing, very kind and very accommodating. Her space is extremely clean and welcoming! She helped me a lot with just two massages so far and I believe really helped me have a successful rim2rim2rim trip at the Grand Canyon. highly recommend her and will definitely be going back to her!
