Swedish

Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle form of massage that aims to soothe sore muscles and provide relaxation. If you want to relax, decompress, and get relief from muscle tension, Swedish is perfect for you.

Deep Tissue

Massage

A deep tissue massage involves more pressure than a Swedish massage and is perfect for athletes or people suffering from chronic pain conditions that are muscular in origin. If you want to find relief from pain, sports injuries, and general aches, a massage incorporating deeper pressure is for you.

Sports

Massage

Sports massage is designed for people who are active and work out often. You do not have to be a professional athlete to have one. The focus is not on relaxation but on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.

Synergy Stones

Complimentary Therapy

Synergy stones are smooth heated stones and are used to warm up your muscles, tendons and ligaments for true healing therapy. Rather than being placed and left on the body, the stones are held while giving the massage.

Cupping Therapy

Complimentary Therapy

Cupping uses silicone cups to pull up on the muscles allowing more room for the underlying layers. A treatment that loosens tight areas and detoxifies while feeling great!
