CAN I GET A SPORTS MASSAGE EVEN IF I'M NOT AN ATHLETE OR AS ACTIVE?
ABSOLUTELY! No matter what your activity level is or isn't, massage therapy is effective and ideal for anyone who suffers from tightness and pain that's associated with everyday and occupational stresses.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MASSAGES?
Once every 1-2 weeks if you are suffering with chronic pain and/or you are very active. And once every 3-5 weeks for pain and stress relief/management. There's no such thing as too much massage and usually a single session is not enough. Ask about massage packages offered.
SHOULD I TIP?
Tips are not required or expected at AZ Mountain View Massage, however they are greatly appreciated.
The best appreciation you can show is by scheduling more sessions and referring your friends and family. For every 3 referrals who book at least a 1 hour session, and hold their appointment, you will receive one 60 minute massage!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It is preferred that you undress completely for your session. Of course, you may wear what you're comfortable in, it's just easier not working around or through clothing. It is standard massage practice to leave you covered at all times with a sheet, with one area at a time skillfully uncovered to be worked on, and re-covered securely when that area is finished.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
No. But sometimes same-day/last minute appointments are available. Please call/text first. Appointment is required.
